Hot Tools Ceramic 1in Curling Iron

Last week, as I was scouring TJ Maxx for random deals, I came across a Hot Tools curling iron. Now, if you’ve taken my advice and checked out The Small Things Blog and Kate’s hair tutorials, you know she is a huge fan of the Hot Tools products. So when I spotted one for only $20, I figured I’d try it out.

The one I picked up is a digital ceramic 1 inch curling iron. It looks similar to this one from Amazon for $45.

Today was my second time using the curling iron. Both times were used on day two hair, but today I used much more hairspray so the results held longer.

Even though I look exhausted and worn out, my hair is still fairly decent looking.

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I was in the market for a new curling iron, and finding this one for over half off is even better. Plus, according to Kate the hair guru, Hot Tools last forever. Sounds like my kind of product!

  1. Hello from a fellow Hoosier! I came to your site from SITS and I’m glad that I found you because as someone who loves jeans and hoodies I could definitely use some fashion advice. I do love my hot tools curling iron though. 🙂

    • Hi! Where are you located in Indiana? I’m in Indy, close to the north side. I’m going to check out your blog and follow you. I need some more Hoosier ladies who feel my pain about this craptacular weather and being stuck inside…

      • I currently live in a small town 20 minutes north of Noblesville, though I’m originally from Marion. I am in Indianapolis every day because I work on the north west side. I’m hating this weather as my drive to work is already an hour long and this snow makes it even longer!
