Handmade Jewelry

Something you may not know about me is that I love arts, crafts, sketching, scrapbooking, etc. I have my own craft room that is filled with half-finished projects of every “genre.” But one thing I have never attempted, mainly because I feel that I would really suck at it, is jewelry making. So people who can actually make jewelry are, in my book, pretty awesome.

I was lucky enough to make the acquaintance of Julia at Eternal Girl. Julia makes amazing henna-inspired hand drawn jewelry. She even has her own Etsy shop, where you can check out the beautiful designs of this talented artist.

Here are just a few of the gorgeous and affordable jewelry items she has for sale:

filigree earrings, $8.60

Virgo zodiac necklace, $15

flower veil necklace, $15

Julia also takes custom orders and creates greeting cards as well. Her ability to turn her artistic capabilities into one-of-a-kind jewelry is inspiring, let alone the items are affordable and stylish!

The piece of jewelry I chose from Julia’s shop can be found below. Isn’t it gorgeous?

I cannot wait to pair this necklace with tomorrow’s outfit! Oh, and there may be a little post-Christmas present for you as well. You’ll have to check back tomorrow for the details!
